The Transition Clarity Session provides a gentle place to begin. If you’re feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or in the early stages of change, this single session offers a supportive space to pause, reflect, and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. Together we’ll clarify where you are, what you need, and what direction feels most aligned. You’ll leave with insight, steadiness, and thoughtful next steps- whether or not you choose to continue coaching.

This is coaching, not psychotherapy. While the work is psychologically informed and emotionally attuned, it does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders. Coaching focuses on insight, integration, growth, and forward movement. The journey is completely unique to you and you are in the driver’s seat.
Many clients do engage in coaching alongside therapy. Coaching can complement therapeutic work by focusing on integration, values, and lived application. You’re always welcome to discuss this during a connection call.

The Transition Integration Pathway is a depth-oriented, 12-week coaching experience designed to support you through this in-between space with clarity, steadiness, and compassion.
This is not about rushing forward or “fixing” yourself. It is about making meaning of change, integrating who you are becoming, and reclaiming a grounded sense of self as you move through transition.
