I’m Heather, a psychologist and health coach who supports women navigating life transitions. With a background in social and developmental psychology, I study how identity, relationships, and well-being evolve across life stages, and I bring that lens to my work with women when familiar roles shift and new questions emerge.
My coaching blends psychological science, evidence-based practices, and whole-person health. Rather than quick fixes, I help women understand what’s changing, why it matters, and how to move forward with awareness, resilience, and sustainable habits. My approach is paced, relational, and reflective-because meaningful change takes time, insight, and self-trust.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I was a collegiate tennis player and coach, and later a Montessori toddler teacher, Parent Educator, and consultant, experiences that deepened my understanding of development, discipline, and the mind-body connection. As a mother of two daughters now in college, I also understand firsthand how transitions can hold both grief and growth.
I founded Serenta Women’s Holistic Wellness to support women through these turning points. It’s a space to pause, reconnect, and move into the next chapter with clarity, steadiness, and confidence.
