Your Questions, Answered

  • Health coaching is a collaborative, whole-person approach that supports emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Rather than offering quick fixes or prescriptive advice, health coaching helps you understand patterns, build awareness, and create sustainable changes that support your health and life goals—especially during times of transition.

  • Health coaching is not therapy and does not treat mental health diagnoses. Therapy often focuses on healing past experiences or managing clinical concerns.

Health coaching focuses on present-moment awareness, future-oriented growth, and behavior change, while still honoring emotional and psychological experiences.

My background in psychology informs my coaching approach, allowing for depth, reflection, and structure without crossing therapeutic boundaries.

  • I work with women navigating periods of change—whether related to health, identity, relationships, career, or life stage. Many of my clients are in transitional seasons and want thoughtful, supportive guidance to reconnect with themselves, strengthen well-being, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Health coaching can support women who are experiencing:

    • Identity shifts or loss of direction

    • Emotional overwhelm or restlessness

    • Depletion after years of caregiving

    • Changes in energy, sleep, or health habits

    • Difficulty adjusting to a new life stage

Coaching provides a space to understand and integrate these experiences while moving forward with clarity.

  • Most clients begin with a FREE 15-minute Discovery Session to determine if we are a good fit to work together, followed by a 3-6 month one-on-one coaching container if it feels like a good fit. Sessions are typically held weekly to allow time for reflection, integration, and sustainable change.

  • Because meaningful change takes time, I work in structured coaching containers rather than single sessions. This allows us to move at a thoughtful pace and support real integration. Most clients choose either a 3- or 6-month commitment.

  • Yes—many women seek coaching precisely because transitions can feel disorienting or emotionally intense. Coaching offers a supportive, grounded space to explore what you’re experiencing and move forward with greater steadiness and self-trust. If therapy or additional support would be more appropriate, I will help guide you toward those resources.

  • My approach is psychology-informed and intentionally paced. I integrate emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and sustainable health practices rather than focusing solely on habits or outcomes. The work is reflective, structured, and designed for depth.

  • Yes. All coaching sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing flexibility and accessibility regardless of location.

  • The first step is to schedule a FREE 20-minute Discovery Call. This session helps us clarify where you are in your transition, explore what support would be most helpful, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit.

  • That’s completely normal. The FREE 20-minute Discovery Call is designed to help you gain understanding and orientation, whether or not you choose to continue with longer-term coaching.
